Jordan Jackson & Robinson Elementary School Access for MYBA

For coaches whose practice start time is 6:00 pm:

1. Please arrive NO LATER than 6:00 pm at the entrance shown in the pic below. The custodian will arrive and let you in at 6:00 pm. They will not wait. If the custodian is not there, please call John Bosch at (781) 375-6975 who will call them for you. Do not call or plan to arrive early and get access to the school.
1. Ask the custodian to open the supply room door inside the gym to retrieve the pole hoop adjuster. 
2. You will need to plug this into the outlet which is behind the cushions attached to the wall.
3. Adjust the hoop height as necessary for your grade level.
4. Return the pole hoop adjuster in front of the supply room door. The next coach may need to use it.
2. IMPORTANT: Ask the assistant coach/parent to stand by the front door to let others into the building. If a parent/child combination is late, they will not be able to get into the building.
3. Set a cellphone alarm at 6:50 pm to ask your assistant coach/parent to stand by the front door to let the new set of coaches/parents in.
4. Please make sure all kids are picked up by their respective parents before you leave. I.e. – please do not leave them alone!

For coaches whose practice start time is 7:00 pm:

1. Please arrive NO LATER than 6:50 pm at the front door shown below. An assistant coach/parent will let you in. This will allow you and your team to get settled.
2. IMPORTANT: Ask the assistant coach/parent to stand by the front door to let others into the building. If a parent/child combination is late, they will not be able to get into the building.
3. Please make sure all kids are picked up by their respective parents before you leave. I.e. – please do not leave them alone!

For 1st Grade and 2nd Grade sessions on Saturdays. Coaches, please follow the same guidelines above when entering the facility.
